Ricolino in Rathen

There is one star for the great view of the Elbe and Bastei. The food was extremely spicy and extremely salty. The Hawaiian pizza was edible, but straight out of the freezer. No alcohol is served in the pizzeria. Without exaggeration, we have been to at least 100 pizzerias in our lives, but this one comes in last.

Very tasty pizza. I can only recommend. Very nice staff. We would love to come back!

The pizza was okay. The cheese-baked cauliflower was mushy and unfortunately not good. The service staff was friendly and attentive. No alcoholic beverages are offered in this restaurant. If you really need it, you are in the wrong place here. Actually only one star, but one star more for the service staff.

Best pizza in Saxon Switzerland

The restaurant is located in a very beautiful place. It offers very delicious pizzas, noodles, cold drinks and friendly service. Highly recommended.

So folks that doesn't work at all. I ordered Bruscetta last night and I get it served on black bread with almost no garlic on it and the bread was soaked, not a trace of crispy. Why don't you serve this with baked pizza dough ??

Very bad place. Bolognese and Spaghetti Napoli were completely salty and inedible. And on the bill, the Spaghetti Napoli was charged the same price as the Bolognese, although there is probably no meat inside ... The waiter couldn't speak German properly and the sauces tasted like bag sauce. Not recommendable!

Today we stopped at the pizzeria "Ricolino" after a long hiking trip and each time we ate a pizza. The pizza was tasty, but not a classic Italian pizza, which isn't bad either. The pizza was richly topped. The staff was VERY attentive and friendly. We can't understand the many bad reviews. We were extremely well looked after. Only the toilet was not as clean as you would like it to be - it could be cleaned more carefully. All in all a nice, down-to-earth pizzeria!

We wanted to order pizzas to go 1 hour before closing. The answer was: Quote: "Sorry, no more pizza". When we sat down on a bench next to the pizzeria, a family after us also ordered pizza to go. After endless discussions they were successful and got their pizzas. Since we didn't want to beg for the meal, we went to a nice bistro around the corner ...

unfortunately cannot say anything about the quality of the food, only about the impoliteness of the waiter. admittedly, they were pretty full. asked, can you wait on a table? "No". can't you just wait? "No." can I order something to take away? "No". no sorry, no sorry, just "no".

Obviously Corona did NOT harm this restaurant. Or why can this restaurant reject a small group with around 130 sales if it closes at 9:00 p.m. in a tourist town? Looking for work and earning money looks different! . "Therefore" from me only one * . We couldn't test the food. And then we left the money in Pirna. They were happy there ??

Eating is ok. Relatively cheap and staff nice.

The food is cheap, but the pizzas only taste a little better than frozen pizzas from the discounter. Spaghetti Bolognese tasted like ready-made sauce, completely over salted. The staff is very friendly, that's what the star is for.

The Bolognese tasted like it was a ready-made meal, the salad consisted mainly of iceberg lettuce and an order was forgotten.

Pizza was fantastic, spaghetti with cabonara was delicious.

The view of the bastion is fantastic. Unfortunately we were forgotten several times. We ordered, we got our drinks but we waited in vain for the food. After an hour of waiting, as well as other previously served customers (who entered the restaurant after us) and a complaint that the boss would have forgotten us (without apology) our food arrived. The waiter tried very hard, but seemed overwhelmed despite the low workload. The request to get a dish without artichokes was not accepted, the ordered pasta was unfortunately too salty. When we wanted to pay we were forgotten again. We only received our invoice after renewed demand. Too bad.

No wine and no alcohol in general, food is boring. The waiter understands German very poorly and serves very unfriendly or loveless

The food is boring and is lovelessly slammed onto the table somewhere. The waiter doesn't speak German and is inattentive. The bill is wrong. No wine to get pizza. Not recommendable!

Drinks are fast, pizza and pasta are fresh and tasty. The owner and staff are friendly and accommodating. If an ingredient for a particular dish does not exist, which has happened to us once, not just something is omitted, but pointed to the absence and offered an alternative.
